Right, I know, I know. I learned that the Mormons believe that it is possible for anybody to "become God" in the sense that Christ did. You think that Christ was (so far) the only human to attain divinity. Am I correct? There's quite a few things wrong with what you said. We don't believe...

There are no archaeological rests of the camps during the exodus itself. There is no archaeological evidence of large influx of outsiders settling in Palestine. There was no Jericoh by then, either, as it was abandoned or mostly uninhabitted by then (which is lucky, as God had commanded to kill &qu...

All of this traces back to "everyone sins." (which I realize some Mormons don't believe).
All Mormons believe that all those older than a very young child (and develop past the mental capacity of a very young child) have, and do, sin. Except one. And He's the Savior of the World.

I would need to double check on the source for that. It is worth noting that those are for extreme situations where neither a priest nor a bishop can be accessed. I'm also relatively certain that it could be extended to if priests and bishops were refusing to baptise, which I am skeptical of happen...

It was my understanding that the earliest writings from the Ante Nice Fathers stated the understanding that all baptisms should all be done under the direction of the local Bishops.

What is the earliest reference for 'intent baptism / any form (even spit) baptism'?

Jews don't believe that Jesus is the Christ, yet they believe in the work of what is understood by many Christians to be the premortal Christ: Yahweh. Does that mean they don't believe in the Yahweh of the Old Testment, or just that their understanding is different than that of Christians? It means...

Reading the scripture, and ignoring the biased and unsupported sites you provided, the Earth is described exactly the way it is. Nothing in the Bible says "crystalline." The Bible simply says that the water was separated into the air and sea. It describes the creation of atmosphere. Unsup...

You know, plenty of people agree with everything I have said. They're just all dead. Go back even earlier, and you'll find a lot more people who understood that symbols could be symbols without having to be stated as such, and that symbols usually had more than one meaning. It was a key reason for ...

God is soverign over all things. He has decreed what will happen, so it will. to deny this is to deny God's omnipotence No, to deny it is just denying a Calvinistic theological understanding of the nature of God. And that I certainly reject. One can have great power and refrain from using it for ri...

I still don't understand how you (any of you) think that any rebellion is in any way possible against a God who is soverign over all things. It is perfectly contradictory. I believe in a statement by God in a work I hold as scripture. The Lord says, " This is my work and my glory—to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." (Pearl of Great Price, Moses 1:39) As Christ taught, the greatest of all is the servant of all, and works to our good. C...

By miracles, I mean events that transcend natural and physical law e.g. walking on water, restoring sight, etc.
So are we. In my experience, the most sacred miracles occur privately, and intimately as a consequence of Faith - not in order to create it.
