Re: Things that I'm afraid of
My wife just flashed me a facebook thing showing our second girl Molly is engaged to her boyfriend! Don't know how I feel about it yet, I still like her ex and think of him as a son, and there are other reasons I have reservations. So my question? Molly already got her big "over the damn top wedding" Whats costomary here? Kylie is getting married next year already and maybe probably Sarah too and possibly Jake. I might be taking quite a hit this year! Maybe Molly will go to Vegas or something. Help me!

I'm afraid it's gone.
There's another home somewhere,
There's another glimpse of sky...
There's another way to lean
into the wind, unafraid.
There's another life out there...

Re: Things that I'm afraid of
I can't even begin to tell you how long I stared at buckshot's post a few days ago. Because, yeah, slowly fading is what's been happening for years now. And as much as I want to go pester people to be here...if there's anything I've learned these past few years, it's that people will be here if they want to be and no amount of anyone else wanting them to be will change things in the long run.
I wish I could say I am afraid or sad or anything other than resigned. Mostly, I'm prepared to go down with this forum and I don't suspect it will be long before that happens; how many years worth of posts are still on the front page?

I'm sorry for my part in it. I genuinely never thought I'd be one of "those people".

Ditto. Pweb still means so much to me but I'm just not up to putting forth the effort to try to keep it alive. Hugs to all.

I don't mean to neglect pweb. But suddenly a whole month has gone by and I haven't been here.

I'm new around here but I have seen that not a lot of people post on this site currently. But that the people that do post, log in more than they post things.
Anyway. Hello to you all again.

Re: Things that I'm afraid of
So I'm spooked all to hell to finally going under the knife monday. We got to see two shiny new "Herman Munster" size stainless steel knee joints this morning. My surgeon says if I behave and do as Im told that he can "push It" and do my left knee two months later if all is well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, hoping it all works out and that I can get another planned (arthroscopic?) back patch up job done too before fall. World beware when I'm back to firing on all cylinders again. We are seeding spring wheat ASAP here ( of course I'm not helping much ,other than helping to brainstorm problems and fixes) and I've been bustin butt to get all the little stuff fixed up before I'm goin down for a while. Im hoping ya'all will be happy an prosperous, and I expect to see you all have been posting and doing good works while I'm down. Behave yourselves! Bucky

@#$! Be Proudi Blow by every impossible obastacl andI wasn't sure if we had this topic or something like it, but I decided to make one for it anyways.
I start working in a few days, and I'm kind of afraid. I've never worked before, so I have no idea what to expect. Mostly, I'm afraid they'll throw me into a situation that I can't possibly handle right off the bat.
